This consult is intended for individuals who already have a psychiatrist or ongoing provider and would like a specialized consultation and treatment recommendations when planning for pregnancy, during pregnancy, or in the postpartum period. I will collaborate with your ongoing treatment provider and provide a written consultation note.

PAYMENT POLICY: In order to provide you with the highest-quality confidential, timely psychiatric care, Dr. Gulati does NOT contract with private insurance providers. Payment is accepted via credit card, venmo, zelle, cash or check. Dr. Gulati is considered an out of network provider for all insurance companies and if you have private insurance she is happy to provide you with the appropriate documentation in order for you to bill your insurance company for reimbursement. If you plan to use your insurance benefits, you should check with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment in order to understand the full details of your out-of-network mental health benefits.
