Dr. Gulati's practice focuses on a holistic, individualized, comprehensive approach to treatment of mental health for adolescents (ages 12+) and adults. We focus on comprehensive medical wellness by healing and balancing the mind, body, and spirit. This approach integrates pharmacologic treatments with various psychotherapeutic modalities to help clients achieve optimal mental health and wellness.

We can work together from the comfort and privacy of your home.  I am licensed to work with patients who reside in Florida, Tennessee, or New York.

In-person appointments are available in Florida

What is Integrative Psychiatry?

It is a way of thinking about the patient that 1) Encompasses all healing modalities- traditional and alternative/complementary, 2) Addresses the entire person, mind, body, and spirit, 3) Values the relationship between doctor and patient, and 4) Values the patient’s belief system when determining treatment plans

As an integrative psychiatrist, it’s my job to help patients understand that what I can offer is a way of leveraging the knowledge of Western medicine with holistic approaches to treat them faster and better.

" I believe that every patient deserves effective, efficient, personalized care based on their unique circumstances.  Individualized treatment options are best determined in the context of developing a psychotherapeutic alliance as no two patients are the same."

- Dr Gulati

At Holistic Mental Health, patients get direct and personalized attention from the physician, 100% of the time.

" I think patients really appreciate and love this uncommon level of care and attention."
